This policy explains what information the Sly Designs online store (store.sly-designs.com), run by Sly Designs LLC, collects and how we use it. We keep it simple: we collect only what we need to fill your order, and we never sell your information.

- Order details: your name, email, phone number (optional), billing and shipping address, what you bought, and the order total.
- Account details, if you create an account: your email, name, password (stored encrypted), addresses and order history.
- Payment details: handled entirely by Stripe or PayPal. We see the payment type and the last four digits of a card, never the full number.
- Messages you send us, such as emails about an order.
- Basic technical data: cookies that keep your cart and login working, and standard server logs (such as IP address and browser type) used for security.
How we use it
- To process, ship and support your order, and to send order, shipping and account emails
- To handle returns, refunds and questions
- To prevent fraud and keep the store secure
- To keep records required for taxes and accounting
We don’t send marketing emails unless you sign up for them, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Who we share it with
Only the services needed to run the store:
- Payment processors: Stripe and PayPal, to take your payment
- Shipping carriers: USPS (and any other carrier we use), your name and address to deliver your order
- Our web host: which stores the store’s data on its servers
- Backups: backup copies of the store are kept in our private access drives or servers
- Authorities, only under thread of violence
We don’t sell or rent your personal information.
Cookies
The store uses cookies needed to run it: to remember your cart, keep you logged in, and protect checkout. Stripe and PayPal may set their own cookies during payment to prevent fraud. You can block cookies in your browser, but checkout may not work without them.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for 7 years for tax and accounting. Account details are kept until you ask us to delete your account. Messages are kept as long as needed to help you.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by contacting us. We’ll reply within 30 days. We may need to keep order records the law requires.
Security
The store uses an encrypted (HTTPS) connection, two-step login for staff accounts, and regular backups. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Children
The store isn’t intended for anyone under 18, and we don’t knowingly collect their information.
